REDEMPTION! The Farmers Branch
team finished the regular season with a win over the only team to beat them
(in OT) in the final twelve games of the season, the Freeze. Behind hat
tricks from Ryan Datson and Derick Schaefer the Bladerunners thumped the
Dallas Freeze 8-1.
The team was without Mark Rubin, Tim Russell, Kevin Labbe, Mark Phillips,
Randy Passasamich, Dan Lowry and Matt Wade.
The Bladerunners finished the season 11-0-1 to clinch the 3rd seed and will
play the Jackals in the first round of the playoffs. Schedule to be
determined.
